Payment
For an emergency fix or a support request, you need to sign up. This process is simple and usually takes up to 5 minutes. Once you sign up, you will get access to the client area, where you can request an urgent support or ask for a help immediately.
We are proud of the consistent communication with our clients. Once we release a new fix or change something, our users get an email asking to log in to the CMWP Support portal and check the latest dashboard report. Usually, we send such emails every week.
If you’ve used all of your inclusive website improvement time (only available with START and Advanced Plans), we will notify you. Additional improvement/development time can be purchased in 30 min blocks from your CMWP Support customer portal.
If you’re an existing plan customer, we will advise you if a plugin on your website is no longer supported or compatible with the latest WordPress version. We will advise on a course of action to remedy this as depreciated plugins can be a major security risk.
Yes. If you require a custom development project which falls outside the terms of your support plan, we can provide an estimate to carry out any type of custom development work from working on an existing WordPress website to designing a new one from the ground up.
We monitor your website 24/7. We also manually log in and check your website once a week and apply any plugin, core, and theme updates. Our team of WordPress experts checks your website to ensure no issue after updates have been applied. If any issue or conflict is found we work until it’s resolved.

For Start and Advanced plan customers, we offer unlimited emergency fixes for the life of your plan. Any fix to your current WordPress site is covered no matter how big or small. This excludes issues with any new development/functionality that has been added.
If you’re an existing plan customer, that’s simple we take care of the issue with high priority and remove any malware or malicious code to get your website back running as normal. We monitor all customer websites 24/7 and will alert you in the event an issue is detected.
