We are working on an image optimization service – Robin Image Optimizer. This service is a fork of the similarly-named plugin. Our  service provides the image compression to speed up websites and save space on a hosting.

Robin Image Optimizer not only compresses JPG, PNG, and GIF images and also converts images to a new WebP format. This format was developed by Google. Comparing to regular JPG and PNG images,  it has a smaller size and occupies 60-80% less disk space. WebP supports transparency so converting a WebP file from a PNG gives you a greater economy.

There will be monthly and yearly subscriptions available with a limited number of converted images.
